Reservation Policy

 

My goal is to provide a customized experience for you. To ensure the utmost level of service, an in-person consultation is included in every new guest service appointment.  I strive to not only learn about your hair, but to create a look that fits your lifestyle as well.  

As I value your time and the time of other guests, all new guest reservations require a credit card upon booking. Please refer to our cancellation policy if you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation.  All services will require a deposit if there is more than one last minute cancellation. Extended specialty color services, major color corrections, straightening services, and extensions require a consultation and a 50% deposit of the anticipated amount. All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. These appointments must be canceled 72 hours before your initial appointment. Anything after that you will lose your deposit and will be charged a 50% fee of the anticipated service amount.

Cancellation Policy

 

I strive to provide my guests with the highest quality service and therefore must protect my time and respect other guests’ scheduled appointment times.  My cancellation policy is as follows: 

  • CREDIT CARDS: All services are by appointment only and reserved by a credit card. If you are a current guest and do not have a credit card on file, you will need to add a credit card in order to book any future appointments.

  • 24 HOURS: I kindly ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice for all salon services.  Anything after 24 hours is harder for me to book and cancelled same day would entail a cancellation fee that will be charged to the card on file.

  • SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS: 

    • 1ST SAME DAY CANCELLATION will be subjected to pay 25% of the service cost

    • 2ND SAME DAY CANCELLATION will be subjected to pay 50% of the service cost

    • 3 OR MORE SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS will be subjected to pay 100% of the service cost

    • EXTENSION / TEXTURE CANCELLATIONS must be before the 72 hour window. Anything after that you will lose your deposit and will be charged 50% fee of the anticipated service amount. 

    • Same day is from midnight until scheduled appointment time. Guests who cancel the same day of the service will have a notation made in their file and receive an email outlining the cancellation policy, and will be subject to required deposits on future appointments. I understand emergencies happen, so in these rare cases cancellation charge waivers will be reviewed and decided upon by me. In cases of inclement weather where school systems close early or roads are deemed unsafe for driving, I will waive the same day cancellation fee. 

    • NO SHOWS: If you no show for your appointment, without contacting the salon, you will be automatically charged 100% fee of the anticipated service amount and will be required to make a deposit of 50% of the service amount for your next appointment reservation. 

    • DEPOSITS: Any guest who cancels the same day more than 2 times will be required to put a minimum of a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for every future appointment. 

    • RIGHT TO SERVICE: I reserve the right to refuse service for guests with excessive or subsequent last-minute cancellations or no shows. 

Late Arrivals

 

Your time & preferences are my top priority. Being on time is greatly appreciated to ensure a consistent and quality service, as well as a courtesy to other  guests who come after you. Please note late arrivals may be subject to a shortening of service offerings or a rescheduling of your appointment.  

Guarantee of Service

 

 

If you are not satisfied with the quality of any service please notify me within 1 week and I will consult with you to determine how I may adjust your service accordingly. No refunds or credit for services will be given, but  my top priority is to ensure your satisfaction with your service results.


Hair Extensions
 

For new extension clients I require a consultation to determine color match, prices, and over all look. During this appointment, we will place an order for the hair and this will be considered your down payment. Once hair is ordered we will book the application appointment and the day of hair appointment will be the cost of application.  Once the hair is purchased it is non-refundable.
